Energy Storage System (ESS)

We offer two technologies for energy storage products, Hybrid Super capacitor batteries and Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries packed in Altus-500 and Altus-350 Modules.

Altus^®-Family of battery of energy storage system (BESS) is available in two safe and reliable technologies:

Altus^®-350 Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePo₄) modules rated at 3.072 and 6.144 kWh, 7,500 life cycles at 0.5C and 6,000 cycles at 1.0C
Altus^®-500 Super-capacitor battery modules rated at 1.7, 3.4 and 5.1kWh, 50,000 life cycles up-to 6C of Charge discharge rates and extended temperature range from -40⁰ – +65⁰ C without any degradation

Each module is equipped with Altus^® modules management system which offers following safety protections:

Cell balancing
Short-circuit protection
Under/Over String and Cell voltage protection
Over-current protection
Over/Under temperature protection

Bi-Directional Hybrid Inverters

LVC3®-Family of Hybrid Bi-Directional, grid connected energy converters suitable for residential, commercial, industrial and utility applications. Suitable for all battery technologies.

LVC3® Converters are compatible with traditional battery systems, lithium-ion batteries, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) and Super-capacitors, can be packaged with the ESS as an integral plug and play system

Ratings:

Small for residential applications 5-15kW, Split phase 120/240Vac, 50/60 hz.

Medium for commercial, industrial and high density residential, 50 to 150kW, 208-480 Vac three phase, 50/60 Hz.

Large size for commercial, industrial and marine applications 200 to 1,000kW, 208-480 Vac three phase, 50/60 Hz.

NOTE: All these inverters can be configured to run four in parallel as a single unit.

Small Inverters 5-10kW, Split phase 120/240, 220/440 Volt AC 50/60 hz. (other voltages available on request)
Medium Inverters 100-150kW, Three phase 120/208, 220/380, 346/600 Volt ac, 50/60 hz. (other voltages available on request)
Large Inverters 250-1,000 kW Three phase 120/208, 220/380, 346/600 Volt ac, 50/60 hz. (Other voltages available on request)

Large System:

Large Systems with plug and play topology, are shipped in 20 or 40 foot modefied ISO containers completely factory tested ready to install at site. 20 foot container can hold up-to 750kWh energy modules and all required DC/DC and AC/DC converters and 40 foot container can accommodate up-to 1,500 kWh of energy storage system
